The imperial palace round course and Sakuradamon Square are the venues, so there are restrictions on the park various circumstances, so it is impossible to manage large race and preparations. (There is no changing room, valuables storage place etc.) 2. Participants should take responsibility for their own responsibilities and refuse to participate in poor physical condition. 3. About the accident during the event, only the first aid will be performed by the organizer, but we will not bear any responsibility afterwards. 4.Water supply must use the facilities of the park along the course or prepare by yourself.
